It has been nothing short of a nightmare for the Kaurs, who are popular in the US's Long Beach restaurant community. Amid Donald Trump's immigration crackdown, things took a turn for the worse for Indian-origin Babblejit 'Bubbly' Kaur, 60, when she was abruptly detained by ICE agents during the final stage of her Green Card interview. Kaur, who has been living in the US since 1994, was detained on December 1 during a biometric scan for her pending green card application, according to a report in Long Beach Watchdog.
